Domaine Philippe Chavy

This domaine combines the extensive holdings of vines in Puligny-Montrachet from Philippe's father's family, with those from his mother's side in Meursault. All of the vineyards are farmed 100% biodynamically and as such the quality of fruit is extremely high. In the cellar Philippe combines newer technologies like temperature controlled fermentation tanks with old school techniques like slow elevage in a range of barrels.
