Collection: Haardt Hills

Haardt Hills was created from the belief that non-alcoholic wine should
offer the same sense of place, craftsmanship, and character as traditional
wine. As the world of wine evolves alongside more conscious lifestyles and
modern enjoyment, winemaker Gregory Emmel embraces the possibilities
of non-alcoholic wine without compromising on quality, expression, or
identity. Rather than viewing alcohol-free wine as an alternative, Haardt
Hills approaches it as a new form of winemaking — one that preserves the
relationship between vineyard, grape variety, and craftsmanship while
creating space for balance and conscious enjoyment.
The grapes come from carefully tended vineyards farmed by family-run
estates in the southwest regions of Germany. Using modern
dealcoholisation technology, the alcohol is removed gently to preserve the
wine’s natural structure, texture, and full aromatic complexity. The result is
a collection of non-alcoholic wines that remain vibrant, elegant, and
expressive — offering all the depth and character of fine wine, without the
alcohol.
