The Winzersekt No. 2 is sparkling wine made in the traditional method from 50% Pinot Blanc, 25% Pinot Noir, 25% Chardonnay. A blend of 10% reserve wines from 2019 and 2020 add a layer of complexities. The fruit was harvested from Uelversheim and the cool Rhine region. The wine spent 18 months on lees and was finished with zero dosage. This is a vibrant and aromatic wine with toasty lees notes that echoes Champagne.
